DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, March 7th at 1pm\, all are invited to Emmanuel Church to meet author Daral Boles\, as she discusses her memoir about her experiences in and around the Real Change Retreat Center in the remote Serra da Estrela mountains of Portugal. The Bookplate will display their own collection of hand-painted Portuguese pottery\, with Portuguese snacks and olive oil provided for the guests of the lecture. The conversation between Boles and Flanigan will be framed with Flanigan’s photographs of the Real Change Retreat Center\, from her own trip to Portugal.
