Create a Stunning Design: Canva Basics for Humans

Learn the basic principles of graphic design so you can create a layout that looks fantastic, reflects your personal style, and catches people's attention!

Borrow a library laptop (or bring your own device) to get hands-on with the free design program Canva. If you prefer to just come to listen and learn, that's fine, too.

Getting Started with Canva
If you're new to Canva and would like help setting up a free account, let us know when you register and please plan to arrive early. We will have staff available to help with account creation from 5-5:30pm. You may need to sign into your email account in order to confirm and access your Canva account, so please make sure you will be able to access your email on a personal device or by having your email password to sign in on a library device.
