KCPL’s Future: Shape Our Next Steps

The library is strongest when it's guided by the people it serves. KCPL wants to hear your thoughts about how the library can best accomplish the goals set out in its new 3-year strategic plan!

Your participation will help us better understand community needs, identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with other organizations, and make informed decisions about the future of KCPL.

The new plan, approved by the Board of Trustees earlier this year, focuses on three main areas:
-Outreach
-Fundraising
-Facilities

At this workshop, you will be a part of facilitated conversations around some of the goals related to these focus areas in order to better understand community needs. Your voice, experience, and perspective matter and we look forward to engaging with you as partners in the process.
