World Homeless Day –

Kent County, and the town of Chestertown, along with local agencies, are hosting Chestertown's Proclamation for World Homeless Day, 2026. This day is to unite community partners around a shared commitment to address homelessness through coordinated services, resource alignment, and collective action. This event will focus on bringing visibility to people who are often isolated, and overlooked, honoring their humanity and sharing information on resources local in Kent County.
